“Elegance is usually confused with superficiality, fashion, lack of depth. This is a serious mistake: human beings need to have elegance in their actions and in their posture because this word is synonymous with good taste, amiability, equilibrium and harmony.”
My Style Blog
My love of fashion, accessories and home decor inspired me in 2011 to launch my style blog. Since then, I have enjoyed telling you about the captivating things that catch my eye and offering useful style tips and advise.
Whether I’m walking around my neighborhood in Manhattan, visiting a museum, exploring a foreign city, or strolling in the countryside, I love to connect with all the beauty that surrounds me. It can be something as simple as the color of a flower, the design of a building, a classical painting, or the feel of an extravagant leather bag.
So, I encourage you to get off the rapidly moving treadmill that you may find yourself on and become more aware and appreciative of the beauty that surrounds you; take care of your possessions; buy for quality and longevity and not disposability.
And finally, remember that great style is about finding what works for you, what suits you, what makes you feel beautiful.
